Benefits of membership include early access and priority bookings to upcoming Events and updates to local provision and services. Most importantly your voices will be heard both locally and nationally firstly, via the Eastern Region of Parent Carer Forums (ERPCF) and then nationally at the National Network of Parent Carer Forums (NNPCF).
Our role as the PCF (Parent Carer Forum) is to first and foremost “listen”. We want to hear from you about what is working and/or what is not working well. Then we “translate” this information into themes or trends to be able to “represent” the experiences of families in Southend. We then “feedback” to services and Parent Carers to show how we continue to drive strategic change and improvement.
